In these terms and conditions, for reasons of brevity, hereinafter you will be referred to as USER.

These general terms and conditions apply to your purchase of products and services on ricordi.gr offered from RICORDI to a USER and are the only applicable. RICORDI reserves the right to change, or modify portions of these Terms at any time. It is the USER’S responsibility to check these Terms every time he/she visits this website.

Based on the following Terms & Conditions, the USER is able to visit and use the website of RICORDI. The following terms apply to any transaction between the website of RICORDI and a USER.

Terms and Conditions may be modified over time by RICORDI.
The purchase of products through the website of RICORDI is possible solely for a person (a USER) who has the legal capacity to sign and enter into contracts with the website, in accordance with Greek legislation.

Visiting and registering to this website means that a USER complies with the general Selling Terms after having carefully read them. 

Ownership of Rights

All rights, including copyright, of this website are owned by RICORDI. Indicatively (but not limited to) these rights refer to the design of the website, way of displaying products, the content of the website www.ricordi.gr including the logo, pictures, images, graphics and services offered – all these are protected according to the relevant provisions that a USER must comply with to continue browsing this website or purchase a product.

Thus, you may not use any content of the website of RICORDI for any purpose prohibited by these Terms, without RICORDI’s express prior written consent. In addition, a USER agrees not to use the corporate name and website of RICORDI (ricordi.gr) in a way that will harm the company’s reputation to other users. You are not permitted for any purpose to modify, reproduce and distribute the content of this website.

All logos of RICORDI and its licensees are protected, unless a prior written consent has been given. This applies to companies, labels, collections, emblems and logos.

Although RICORDI makes a great effort to constantly update and upgrade its website, aiming to display its products by fully revealing them, however, due to the web browser or screen colors, the products displayed on the website may vary compared to actual ones in terms of colors. We assume no responsibility for the above-mentioned issue. Pictures and colors shown are for illustration purpose only.

The packaging of products may vary compared to this shown on the pictures of the website. Weight, dimensions and capacity, if shown, are approximate. For answering any queries, USERS can contact our Sales Department (08:30-14:00, from Monday to Friday).

We offer products for sale, supplied by fashion houses, manufacturers and representatives of companies. We do not sell any products that are used, defected or of substandard materials.

Availability

All product orders that can be accepted by RICORDI depend on their availability. RICORDI offers products for sale that are available to be immediately shipped from its stores. During business days/opening hours, you may select a product that has been already reserved at our store and therefore this product may be not available on our website. However we make a great effort to update our database of our website.

Product Pricing

The prices of products both on our website and at our store are identical. The prices on our website are shown in Euros including VAT (tax), based on the Greek law.

We have paid much attention to detail concerning the design of our website’s content, so that we can assure you that the prices and products are correctly displayed when published. Nevertheless, orders are accepted on the condition that there are no serious errors or omissions on the description of prices or products, as they are being displayed on our website. The price of products being ordered by a USER and accepted by RICORDI is exclusively the one displayed at the time of order.

We make a great effort to offer high quality services but we are not able to project any website downtime or human errors that can interrupt the process of product pricing on our website. We reserve the right to rectify or update information on our products without any prior notice.

Special Offers & Discounts

We often provide you with special offers through promo codes. This code have to be entered into Checkout (Do you have a promo code?) when completing the order. The discount applied can be seen on the final amount of the order (only for members of the website).
Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discounts. 
A certain promotion code can be used in a single transaction and cannot be used by multiple accounts.
Discounts are either in the form of an amount of Euros or a percentage discount and are being published to our customers through:

• Advertisements
• Newsletter
• Banners or other methods of publishing.

There is not any possibility of exchanging codes or offers for cash or bargaining.
Unless otherwise indicated, discounts and offers apply to the original prices of products (excluding sale items or clearance items).A certain discount coupon can be used in a single transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  Please note that discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with sale items, but only with items that have not been previously discounted.

Payment Methods

• Credit Card Payments. We accept the most common and widely-used cards. If your credit card is declined, please make sure that you have checked the details you have entered and your billing address and name details match with those your card is registered to. If your card is still being declined, then you should contact your card issuer or bank to find out why the transaction has been declined.
• Cash On Delivery. Cash on Delivery (applies to shipments within Greece). Regarding Cash On Delivery the customer pays for products at the time of delivery by a courier company, cooperating with RICORDI. For placing an order using this method of payment it is essential that billing address and shipping address be exactly the same. This method of payment has a fixed charge of €3
• Paypal. PayPal is a worldwide online payments system. With PayPal’s money transfer services, you can safely make online payments worldwide.
• Bank Account Deposit (applies to shipments within Greece) .Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the transaction copy for your payment to one of the following bank accounts. The bank accounts to which you can deposit money for the payment of your order are as follows:

Please send to us the transaction copy for your payment by fax at (+30)2661043375. As soon as we receive your transaction copy, you will receive from RICORDI an order confirmation e-mail. Sending this confirmation e-mail means that your order is being processed.

Shipment & Delivery

Shipments are dispatched to the shipping address that you have entered on the website of Ricordi within a period of time mentioned in the section of SHIPMENTS & RETURNS after the order placement (confirmation e-mail), according to the above-stated terms.

More specifically, this period of time begins at 16:00 (time zone of Greece) of the next working day after the day (time zone of Greece) of order placement and ends on the fourth working day (country of destination).

All costs for delivery of products will be explicitly referred to on the order and will include insurance cover. RICORDI will send an e-mail in case of delays concerning the order of a USER and therefore there will be offered a partial delivery of the products, if possible. RICORDI assumes no responsibility for missing parcels because they have been delivered to a wrong or non full address, through no fault of its own.

Protection of Data & Transactions

All transactions are made through redirection in a secure Piraeus Bank environment (digital certification of VeriSign), providing data encryption and protecting the data of a user’s card in a secure environment of a computer.

All information, related to personal data and transactions of a USER is secure and confidential.

RICORDI assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the equipment of a USER’s computer while using this website. RICORDI uses 128 bit SSL encryption, a protocol that uses the key that is 128 bit in length to encrypt the data for ensuring secure online transactions.

Third Parties

This website may contain hypertext links (“links”) managed by third parties, such as advertisers. RICORDI does not control or monitor these third party websites linked to this website or their contents and shall not be held liable for their contents, such as links contained in advertisements, products or services offered or being available through such websites or sources and/or for the rules adopted by them regarding, but not limited to, your privacy and the processing of your personal data when you are visiting those websites. Furthermore, RICORDI is not liable for any loss or damage, which may arise as a result of your use of (or inability to use) these websites or from your use of (or failure to use) the information on these websites or mistrust of any content, product or service provided by other websites or sources. RICORDI reserves the right to remove everything that has been submitted by you on websites, without your consent or warning, if detected.

Disclaimer of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability for damages caused due to death or personal injury resulting from negligence or intentionally on behalf of RICORDI or any of its officers, employees and agents. This liability is subject to Greek Law. In case that any one or more of the provisions contained in the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions.

Confidentiality Policy

RICORDI, with respect to personal data of a USER and in order to protect his/her online transactions, takes advanced technical measures for the effective protection of personal data.

All personal information or any other information related to online transactions of a USER is secure and confidential. Protection of personal privacy is one of our ethical standards at RICORDI.
The same principles applying to conventional commerce equally apply to e-commerce. RICORDI’s access to confidential information of a USER is restricted to what is absolutely necessary in order to offer its services.

Only an authorized representative is allowed to have access to your transaction details, solely when required, for example when proceeding with your requests or offering services. RICORDI never discloses personal data and transaction details about a USER unless the sharing of data is required by law or upon the preliminary and explicit consent of a USER or in response to law enforcement requests or when required under an alternative legal basis. In case that RICORDI cooperates with third-parties, such as technology service providers, it applies its best practice to protect personal data. A USER shall have the right to obtain from RICORDI access to his/her personal data and request rectification of personal data on the condition that he/she documents his/her claims.
For security reasons, a USER shall treat all personal information as secret and confidential and shall not disclose them to any third party. Brochures and printed products for more information on this matter may be offered to a USER upon request when registering to become a member of our website.
This e-shop in no way discloses or publishes personal data and information of a USER that is confidential. Personal data entered by a USER when registering to become a member of RICORDI are solely used for performing transactions. Data encryption is used for ensuring that your information is secure.

Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, it is offered the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the process of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) throughout the European Union.
