Order Cancelation Policy

The buyer is responsible for any return or cancelation costs.

You can cancel your order as follows:

1. Before completing the online order, you can cancel it by clicking the cancel button, interrupt the order process and continue browsing our website.

2. If the online order has been already placed, but the product has not been shipped, you can contact our Customer Service Team for Online Orders through phone at (+30) 2661035053 or through e-mail at sales@ricordi.gr and our representative will undertake the cancelation of your order.

3. After the shipment or delivery of the products, please contact our Customer Service Team for Online Orders through phone at (+30) 2661035053 or through e-mail at sales@ricordi.gr, explaining the reasons for canceling your order. Our representative will happily provide you with assistance on any options you may have. According to EU law, if products you bought anywhere in the EU turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund. In case of having purchased a product or having been offered services with us online you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days after the delivery of the products.

Customers bear the direct cost of the return shipment, based on which courier company they are going to choose to deliver the products. Please make sure that the products you wish to return are in excellent condition and as soon as we affirm that products have been received in good order you are going to get a full refund. If you have selected Cash on Delivery and decide to cancel your order, you bear the shipping costs and the cost of the return shipment. Within Greece,
customers bear the shipping costs, i.e. €4,50, irrespective of the amount, while customers also bear the cost of return shipment, i.e. €4,50 irrespective of the amount. Concerning international shipments the shipping costs will be paid upon agreement.

If you have selected to pay by credit card, this means that the cost of the returned product will be credited back to the associated account, excluding shipping costs (and return costs, upon agreement).

Concerning all the above mentioned cases, the cancelation period expires in 14 calendar days after the delivery of products.
